Tersane Fountain

It is located on the south east corner of Symi Square. The fountain is also called as Symi Fountain, but since there was a shipyard there in the Ottoman period it's called "Tersane Fountain". Since there is no inscription, it's not possible to learn the information who and when built the fountain and. The fountain has a rectangle plan and a Maflallah was written on its sliced pediment. In the middle of the panel stone, the motifs of flowers inside a vase, two birds on top and a cypress. Under the stone, fish figures are drawn. The fountain is really well kept and the water still flows.
