Subaşı Mosque

Located on the corner of Miauli and Irinis 2 Streets. It was registered with the bylaw of the Ministry of Cultural Affairs on October 20, 1994, Number ARH/B1/F36/50229/1125; and registered with the bylaw of the Official Gazette on December 1, 1994, Number 896/B. Located near the Salt Market Bath, it is presently being used as a house. The sharp arched windows on the ground floor offer an unusual perspective to the people who pass by. The current homeowners did not allow us to enter the building despite our polite requests to do so. Although this artifact is registered as a mosque, our guess is that the structure is actually the Salt Market soup kitchen.
