Lihye-i şerife, or sacred relics from the Prophet Mohammed, were sent to the mosque in Nasliç on 3 Ra, 1329 (March 4, 1911) along with a request that they be revered and protected in the most elaborate fashion. The 3 floor mosque building is still in use as a government building as of the present time. The building’s first floor was the main area of the old mosque. The walls of the structure have been protected however, some rearrangements have been made. It can not be certified as to whether it is the mosque that is mentioned in the archival documents (Kalenderidis, 2004, p.171).
